How do I book an appointment?

Referrals are usually sent in by either your GP or Consultant.
Healthlink is now enabled to both receive referrals into the Unit, and forward reports once dictated.

We will contact you by telephone in the first instance, and if unsuccessful by letter, to arrange a suitable time.

We ask that you attend 30 minutes before your allocated time to allow for necessary paper work (Safety checklist / Insurance details etc) to be completed.

Please advise us if you know that you are claustrophobic, or are pregnant.

We can also accept referrals for MRI Breast (Family history screening).

Pricing

We currently have a direct payment facility with

VHI, IRISH LIFE, AVIVA, GMA (Garda Medical Aid), POMA (Prison Officers Medical Aid) and ESB Medical.

If you have no medical insurance the following prices apply:

Single area e.g. knee, brain, etc €280

Double area €530

Triple area €750

Quadruple area €1000
